Setting up 2FA

To add a second layer of security to your account, we recommend that you enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

When 2FA is enabled, you'll need to generate a verification code on your mobile phone and enter it along with your password when you log in to the portal.

2FA setup consists of the following key steps:

Step 1: Download and install the 2FA app of your choice on your phone.

Step 2: Ensure your phone shows the correct date and time for your time zone.

Step 3: Add your Home & Office user account to the app.

Step 4: Save your setup key to a safe location.

Step 5: Verify that you can log in to the portal using the app's generated verification code.

You can enable 2FA from either your device or your phone. Choose the method that's easiest for you.
