Disabling 2FA

If you want to remove the second layer of protection on your account, you can disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

To disable 2FA:

1. Log in to the portal.
2. Tap and tap Disable Two-Factor Authentication. Click and click Disable Two-Factor Authentication.
3. In the Enter verification code field, enter the current verification code showing in the 2FA app on your phone.
4. Tap Disable Two-Factor Authentication. Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication.
5. On the confirmation message, tap OK. On the confirmation message, click OK. 2FA is disabled.
