Buying and activating subscriptions

If you have additional devices that you want manage in Absolute Home & Office, you can buy more subscriptions. After you activate the new subscriptions, you can add your devices to the portal.

To buy a subscription:

  1. Click and click Activate Subscription. Tap and tap Activate Subscription.
  2. Click Buy Now!. Tap Buy Now!.

    Alternatively, you can go directly to homeoffice.absolute.com.

  3. Decide which product you want to purchase and click Buy Now. Decide which product you want to purchase and tap Buy Now.
  4. To change the scope or the term of the subscription, do the following:
    1. Next to Selected options, click edit.Next to Selected options, tap edit.
    2. Select a Term between 1 and 4 years.
    3. In the text field, enter the number of devices you want to protect.
    4. Click Update cart.Tap Update cart.
  5. Click Place order. Tap Place order.
  6. Refresh the Subscriptions page. The new subscription is added to your account.

You've also been sent an order confirmation email containing your activation code. The next step is to use this email to activate the subscription.

When you purchase a Home & Office product, you'll receive an order confirmation email containing your activation code. This code is required to activate your subscription.

To activate a subscription:

  1. Open your order confirmation email.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To activate the subscription automatically:
      1. Tap the link provided in the email.Click the link provided in the email.
      2. Sign in to the Home & Office portal.

      The Subscription page shows your activated subscription.

    • To activate the subscription manually:
      1. Copy the activation code provided in the email.
      2. Sign in to the Home & Office portal.
      3. If the Subscription page isn't displayed, tap and tap Activate Subscription.If the Subscription page isn't displayed, click and click Activate Subscription.
      4. In the field, paste the code you copied in step a, and then tap Activate.In the field, paste the code you copied in step a, and then click Activate.

      The Subscription page shows your activated subscription.

You can now add your device to the portal by installing the Absolute Agent.
